Our approach involves not only tackling sustainability issues, it encourages building community as well. For this reason all of our homes have front decks to promote neighbourhood interaction.

See the difference...
One thing you'll notice in our photo gallery is the distinctive raked ceilings with clerestory windows. These windows allow rising hot air to escape from the home in summer and promote cross-ventilation. They also provide welcome natural light not only to living areas but also to hallways that can sometimes be dark in tradtional designs.
As well as the practical benefits of a comfortable environment, our raked ceilings also give the home a greater feeling of space, lightness and freedom.
